Return & Restocking Fees
Updated 2026-10-20Unused items returned for store credit have no restocking fee; refunds to your original payment carry a 15% fee. If your order shipped free, the original shipping cost comes off either way. Used or installed items are 15% for store credit and 25% for a refund. Special orders are not returnable.
Bykski's return fees depend on the item's condition and the refund method you choose. You see the exact amounts, in dollars, before you send anything back.

Store credit is the better value:
- No restocking fee on unused items
- A bonus discount code for your next order when your store credit is $155 or more (one per order), good for 60 days on orders over $50
- Store credit never expires and works on any part
Your fee is the one quoted when you start the return, unless the item arrives damaged or incomplete. Every return is photographed and inspected, and items that come back with any of these may carry a higher fee:
- Damage, or parts missing from the box
- Fluid exposure, including coolant contact
- Acrylic or metal scratches
- Smoke or pet hair contamination, or dirt
- Missing original packaging or accessories
Shipping you paid for on your order is not refunded.
Special orders are sourced for you rather than stocked and cannot be returned. A special order can be cancelled before it ships, with an 80% cancellation fee.
