Exchanging an Item

Exchanges at Bykski work as a two-step process. We recommend this approach because it ensures you receive the correct replacement as quickly as possible without waiting for your original return to be processed.

Step 1: Start a return at https://support.bykski.us/help/start-return for the item you are sending back. Once it is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by email.

Step 2: Order the correct item — once your RMA is authorized, immediately place a new order for the item you want. This ensures fast shipment of your replacement without unnecessary delays.

After Bykski receives and inspects your returned item (typically 3-5 business days from arrival), your refund will be processed. Note that an additional 7-10 business days may be required for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment method. Store credit refunds are available immediately upon finalization.

All returns, including exchanges, are subject to applicable restocking fees based on item condition.
