Bykski ships 98.5% of orders the same day, particularly those placed before 2:00 PM MST. Because our automated fulfillment systems begin processing immediately after an order is submitted, halting the process is difficult and can impact other customers' orders.
If you need to cancel, contact our support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if your order has already been packed or handed to a carrier. Once a package ships, our system prevents cancellation.
